Overlooking Holes Bay in Poole Harbour on Dorset’s magnificent south coast, all 60 bedrooms have stunning harbour views. Designed with our lifesavers in mind, all of our bedrooms have a double bed for extra comfort as well as a pull out sofa bed ideal for family staycations or can be booked as a double room for sole occupancy.A feature of every room is the large well-lit workstation desk, providing a perfect study area for our crew and lifeguards. All bedrooms are en-suite with bath/shower, air conditioning/heating and have wonderful views across Holes Bay.

Food & drink
Visit our very special Slipway bar with it's stunning panoramic sea views.
Relax, unwind and watch the world go by with your drink of choice, before heading by spiral staircase down to our famous waterside 'Rigger's' restaurant.
In the summer enjoy some 'Al Fresco' drinks or dining on our lovely patio area, on a comfy rattan sofa with our beautiful views.
To avoid disappointment, we highly recommend that you pre-book to dine in our famous 'Riggers Restaurant.' You can do this through a link that you will receive in your online booking confirmation.
We require 48 hours notice to book an afternoon Tea.

As of 30th September 2024 our food offering Monday - Wednesday inclusive will be a self service hot buffet.
